Terms of use

1. Your account

• You sign in with your own mobile number and keep access to it secure.
• The details you give us, and the details you enter about other people, should be accurate.
• If you are under 18, use SWING with the involvement of a parent, guardian or your academy.

2. Scores, streams and content

• Score matches honestly. Scorecards in public tournaments are published on the website and in the apps.
• You're responsible for the streams you broadcast with SWING Live, including having permission to film and stream the match and following YouTube's terms.
• You keep ownership of what you add to SWING, and you allow us to store, display and share it as needed to run the service, including on public match pages.

3. Academies, grounds and payments

• Academies, coaches and grounds on SWING are independent businesses. They set their own fees, prices, timings and policies, and are responsible for the services they provide.
• Payments made in the apps are processed by our payment partner. Refunds follow the policy of the business you paid.
• Bookings are made in the SWING apps. This website does not take bookings or payments.

4. Fair use

• Don't misuse SWING: no fake matches, harassment, spam, impersonation or attempts to break the service.
• Don't scrape, copy or resell SWING data in bulk without our written permission.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. The service

We work hard to keep SWING running and accurate, but it's provided as is. Live scores depend on the scorer at the ground and may be delayed or wrong. We may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using SWING.
