I'm not getting my sign-in code.
Check the mobile number, including the country code, and wait a minute before asking for a new code. Codes arrive by SMS or WhatsApp. If it still doesn't arrive, send us a message below.
A score on the website looks wrong.
Scores come straight from the scorer's app at the ground. Ask the scorer or organiser to correct the ball in SWING and the website picks up the change shortly (within an hour for finished matches).
My match isn't on the website.
Only matches in public tournaments are listed on the scores page. A match that isn't listed can still be opened from a shared link.
The stream won't start in SWING Live.
Run the pre-flight check in the app to test the connection, make sure the YouTube channel is allowed to live stream, and keep the phone charged and cool.
How do I book a ground?
Bookings are made in the SWING Player app. You can browse grounds on the arenas page.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on delete your account.
