Delete your account

1. How to ask

• Email privacy@swingcricketapp.com with the subject “Delete my SWING account”.
• Include the mobile number you sign in with and the name on the account.
• We'll confirm it's your account, usually with a one-time code sent to that number, before deleting anything.

We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will email you when it's done.

2. What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, photo, mobile number and profile details.
• Your sign-in and notification settings, and your devices.
• Your memberships in teams, academies and batches.

3. What may be kept

• Scorecards from matches you played in belong to everyone in the match. We remove your personal details from them and may keep the anonymised scoring.
• Payment and invoice records that the law requires us or the business you paid to keep.
• If you own an academy or ground, the records it holds about other people are handled with you before closure.
